The early days at BPO

When we say that we have over 30 years of experience at BPO, it might sound a bit abstract. It’s already difficult to remember what was going on five years ago, let alone 30! Going through the archives at the office, we sometimes find treasures from the early BPO days. To communicate the results of our calculations, we used these small slides in a slide projector which beamed the static images onto a white screen. We were optimising products even before we could share the recommendations in a digital (PowerPoint) presentation!
