Terms and Conditions

All orders are concluded and executed according to the terms of delivery in R.V.O.I. 1987, version revised reprint 1993, the Dutch regulations of the relations between principal and consultative engineering bureau. The terms and regulations are sent with this quotation. In contrast to what the RVOI regulations state regarding model rights and intellectual property, BPO transfers these rights to the client, provided that all payments connected to the project have been fulfilled to BPO. No rights can be obtained by this statement.
